Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may vary during launches, restocks, or holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item, please reach out as soon as possible. Including your order number and photos (if applicable) will help us resolve the issue efficiently.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you’re unable to locate your package, please first check with household members and neighbors and verify the shipping address entered at checkout. We also recommend contacting your local carrier for additional delivery details.
If the package still cannot be located within 48 hours, please reach out to us with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that EarthMuse Naturals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
