Ingredients are listed using their official cosmetic names, also called INCI names. These names are used worldwide so ingredients are labeled consistently and clearly.

Although some names may sound scientific, they often describe very simple things. For example, Sodium Oleate refers to soap made from olive oil, and Sodium Cocoate refers to soap made from coconut oil. These names reflect the natural transformation that occurs during the soap making process.

Our soaps are made with thoughtfully chosen, skin friendly ingredients and a focus on gentle cleansing. We keep our formulations simple and intentional, using ingredients that support the skin’s natural balance without unnecessary fillers or harsh additives.

Many commercial bars leave a lotion-like coating on the skin after rinsing. Our soaps are designed to cleanse gently without leaving that heavy film behind.

Because of this, your skin may feel clean and refreshed rather than waxy or coated after your shower. Everyone’s skin is different, but most people find their skin feels soft and comfortable after using our bars.

If you prefer extra moisture, applying a lotion or body oil after bathing can help lock in hydration.
